it happens!although i've heard a strip of satin in their crib and carseat helps. and anywhere else his head rests and rubs frequently. just in case you wanted a remedy :) otherwise, enjoy that little spot and kiss it lots.
awe thanks laura! i have been using satin as much as i can, i just need to suck up my pride and know all babies get this.
