laundry & pregnancy

laundry-stanfield-443531-xl

SO i haven’t had any weird craving for food or any  kind of cravings for food. My weird thing is – i can’t get enough of the smell of laundry. I always want to be doing the laundry just so i can smell the clothes. i don't think our laundry has ever been this well kept.I love the smell of Gain mixed with Oxy power, on wet clothes. If i could convince Scensty to make a new smell i think this would be the winner! I use to hate walking down the laundry isles in Wal-Mart because they smelt so strong – now i walk down the isle even if i don't have to.

What’s some of the weird things you experienced while being pregnant? Cravings, urges or even things that irritated you?

You have given Dave and I such a great laugh.

Shoes don’t fit, toes don’t touch the ground, and the joy of  fat cankles.

You can leave whenever you want, Please?!?! I just want to be able to walk without feeling fluid swishing back and forth on my feet. Also I'd love to be able to wear flip flops and take them off and not look like I'm still wearing them. Thanks for visiting but you have worn out your welcome.

The nursery had a stampede go through it.

These vinyl – stick ons are $2 at dollarama!!  Even if you change your decor in 6 months its well worth $2 to add some spice in the mean time. The picture quality isn’t great but I think you can get the idea of what's going on.

Bring it on!

preparation

Today we went for a check up and she told us its time to get ready- not that we didn’t know already :) Now we are almost already! I have a bijillion lists of what to pack, to buy and to get done. Crazy to think im almost full term – 4 more days. We’re thinking time to pack the bags and set the crib up. Dave’s doing that right now THANKS! We have the list of who to call/text all ready to go. So if anyone has any advice on what to pack that would be great, I'm just going off of a website.  Hoping that I remember everything. Thankfully we don’t live to far away if I forget anything. We still aren’t 100% on names so go ahead and throw those our way too.

Heres the crib- Thanks to a wonderful auntie for the bedding and awesome mom for finding the crib for FREE!!

yike-a-bees

I am now at the doctor’s office every week, what a delight! Last night i was telling Dave i think the baby “dropped” I'm waddling and needing the washroom every other hour now.  Sleeping more then a 3 hour stretch is SO SO exciting! Today when I was at the the DR, she palpated my stomach and asked how i was feeling and i told her i think he's dropped. She felt around and said he definitely has. She pointed out where his feet were placed and that his bum is on the left side so he is in the perfect position. So bring on D-Day were ready for ya! Dr. Adolph even gave me my papers to be admitted into the hospital just in case. Crazy to think that we are now down to 4 1/2 weeks! YIKES- a - BEES! We still feel like we have a million things to get done around the house and yard. At the same time we just want to meet him and see his little face.
